OUR HISTORY

Pastor Jeremie Ndayishimiye, founder and pastor of NLJCI, grew up in Burundi, East
Africa. He founded over 40 churches in Burundi and Zambia, 3 high schools, a nursing
school and trained over 2000 leaders in Peace and Reconciliation.
Pastor Jeremie established the Beaverton, Oregon New Life in Jesus Christ
International Church October 2019.

HOW IT STARTED

The church was founded to provide a place of fellowship and community for the people of Beaverton and beyond, with the purpose of raising disciples of Jesus Christ to impact the world.

WHAT WE HAVE
ACHIEVED

We have been meeting for the last 4 years to worship the Lord together.

  • * Social Events: Potluck lunch following service Church family support - baby showers, weddings, birthdays, memorial services All Church Summer picnic Ladies retreat at Christian Renewal Center and Ladies Luncheon Men’s Barbeque Visitation to homes of church members
  • *Local Community Outreach: Distribution of food and clothing to the homeless Water baptisms Worship Team outreach to communities
  • * International Outreach: Funded Water Project -Zambia NLJCI Funded school construction- Burundi NLJCI Funded Burundi Good Samaritan Ministries Nursery Schools Supported church mission trips to Zambia and Burundi
